We are seeking caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support patients and clinical teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.Support Registered Nurses with routine patient care and delegated clinical tasks.Monitor and report changes in patients' condition.Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked patient care areas.Assist with patient transfers, rehabilitation activities, and admissions or discharges.Follow infection control, health and safety, and privacy policies while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Skills & RequirementsNew Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 3 or 4) or equivalent is preferred.Previous experience in healthcare, aged care, rehabilitation, or hospital support is advantageous.Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach.Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.Ability to safely assist with patient mobility and manual handling tasks.Current First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.Pay: From $5,400.00 per monthBenefits:
