Funding, Partnerships and Delivery Manager

A Plus Academy is seeking an experienced professional with a background in finance and education to identify, apply for, and manage grants, tenders, and funding opportunities across a range of courses and programmes. The role will also oversee delivery of funded provision and develop strong relationships with universities and partner institutions to support business growth. Key responsibilities:

• Identify funding, grant, and tender opportunities.
• Lead application writing and submission processes.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance for funded activity.
• Oversee course delivery and operational coordination.
• Liaise with universities and external partners to promote A Plus Academy.
• Support business development and partnership growth.

Essential experience:

• Finance, education, grants, or tender-writing background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing projects, partnerships, or funded programmes.
• Confident stakeholder and university liaison ability.

Pay: £24,420.00-£44,970.00 per yearBenefits:
