Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient internal medicine care to diverse adult patients, focusing on preventive, chronic, and acute conditions.
- Collaborate with subspecialty teams, including endocrinology, pediatrics, and more.
- Teach and precept internal medicine residents, fostering their clinical development.
- Participate in clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (must be truly fluent; bilingual proficiency essential).
- Valid medical license to practice in New York State.
- Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Recent residency graduates considered
- Permission to transfer H1B visas (no J1 visas accepted).
- Comfortable working in a predominantly outpatient environment with no inpatient duties.
- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to patient-centered care.
