BritGreen Energy delivers renewable heating and energy efficiency solutions to households across the UK. We install air source heat pumps, solar PV, insulation, and heating upgrades through government-backed schemes including the Warm Homes Plan and Boiler Upgrade Scheme, helping vulnerable households reduce energy bills and improve living conditions. The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our installation projects from start to finish. You will coordinate teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards. Key Responsibilities

Work Location: In person
- Plan and manage installation projects across multiple sites and regions
- Coordinate surveyors, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Develop project schedules, set milestones, and track progress against targets
- Manage project budgets and report on costs, variances, and forecasts
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure installations meet MCS, TrustMark, and scheme compliance requirements
- Liaise with customers to keep them informed on project timelines and progress
- Work with internal teams including sales, compliance, and customer service to align delivery
- Prepare project status reports for senior management
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future delivery
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage budgets and track costs
- Excellent communication skills — able to coordinate teams and update stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
Desirable
- Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP)
- Experience in construction, energy, housing, or home improvement sectors
- Knowledge of government energy schemes (Warm Homes Plan, BUS, ECO)
- Understanding of MCS and TrustMark compliance requirements
