Work Location: In person
- Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients
- Contact inbound and outbound leads by phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine sales opportunities
- Build rapport quickly with new contacts
- Ask strong questions to understand customer needs
- Clearly explain our services and guide prospects through the next steps
- Follow up with leads to keep them engaged
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
- Work closely with the business development team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cold-calling, telesales, outbound sales, recruitment, or lead-generation experience
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people by phone
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales-focused and motivated by targets and results
- Persuasive, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally
- Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a full-time, office-based role
- Available to start immediately or soon
- On a Working Holiday Visa, or otherwise eligible to work in Australia
