Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or similar maintenance role
• Competence in multiple trades:
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• Painting & decorating
• (Additional skills welcomed)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Dedication to high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work

Job Summary

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across a wide range of retail, commercial, and domestic properties
• Manage both independent tasks and team-based projects
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of multi-trade repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
• Work to deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Follow internal procedures and accurately record all required data
• Operate company tools and equipment safely
• Represent Tarrant Assist with professionalism, integrity, and respect on every site
