About the Role Austway Early Learning Pty Ltd T/A Tiny Kingdom Queenspark is seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to lead our dedicated team in Perth. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are met in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations, physical, and human resources of the childcare centre.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
  • Direct and supervise Early Childhood Educators and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage centre budgets, accounts, and administrative records.
  • Lead recruitment, induction, and professional development of staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, families, and the local community.

Required Skills and Experience (ANZSCO 134111):
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience as a Childcare Centre Manager is required for visa purposes.
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher). A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of educators.
  • Multilingual: A bilingual or multilingual background is highly preferred due to the profile of our families in this location.
