Position: Night Veterinary Surgeon - 7 on and 14 off Rota
OOH Veterinary Surgeon An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive, RCVS-accredited Out-of-Hours service in North Wiltshire. This rare opening comes as part of an expanding emergency care team within a well-established hospital and branch group.About the RoleThe position offers a rota of 7 nights on, 14 nights off (average 31.5 hours per week), providing an excellent work-life balance. The role involves sole charge working, with the support of a dedicated and experienced RVN each night. While the focus is on emergency and critical care, there is also the option to assist the weekend day team if desired. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly engaged caseload, delivering excellent client value while gaining professional satisfaction.The Hospital & FacilitiesThe Tier 3 hospital has achieved ISFM Cat Friendly Gold status and is equipped to an extremely high standard, with expansion plans including a CT scanner. Multiple branch practices feed into the hospital, ensuring a varied caseload and strong clinical collaboration.LocationThe hospital is conveniently located close to the M4 and a mainline train station, making it easily accessible. The area offers the best of both worlds – from the natural beauty of the Cotswolds to nearby vibrant cities such as Bath, Bristol, and Cardiff, with London just an hour away by train.Salary & Benefits (pro rata)
  • Salary up to £65,000 inclusive of holiday pay
