Title: Various Chef ranks Occupation: Chef (ANZSCO 351311) Salary: $76,515 - $85,000 plus super Hours: Full time Employer: Castello Hotel Investments Pty Ltd ATF Castello Hotels Trust Trading Name: The Olive Tree Hotel, Victoria Tavern, Forester Arms, Cardinia Hotel, Pakenham Hotel, Longbeach Hotel, Croydon Hotel, Derrimut Hotel Location: several locations across Victoria (Sunbury, Gisborne, Oakleigh, Pakenham, Chelsea, Croydon, Sunshine) Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include: · preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies · planning menus and estimating food and labour costs · monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation · discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff · explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations · assisting with the training of staff PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
