Agricultural Operations & Compliance Coordinator Williams Cattle LLC – Marion, New York
Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Based on Candidate) Job Summary Williams Cattle LLC is a growing family-owned farm seeking a highly organized and dependable Agricultural Operations & Compliance Coordinator. This role supports critical areas of farm operations including regulatory compliance, workforce coordination, and employee training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities DOT Compliance
  • Maintain driver qualification files, logs, and vehicle records
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state DOT regulations

Food Safety
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of food safety programs
  • Maintain documentation and support audits and inspections

H-2A Program Coordination
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for H-2A workers
  • Ensure compliance with H-2A regulations and required documentation

Employee Training
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training programs
  • Track certifications and maintain accurate training records

Human Resources Support
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR processes
  • Support scheduling, communication, and day-to-day team needs

Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage compliance-related tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in agriculture, HR, compliance, or operations preferred but not required

Work Environment
  • Combination of office and farm setting
  • May require occasional flexibility in schedule based on farm operations
