- Maintain driver qualification files, logs, and vehicle records
- Ensure compliance with federal and state DOT regulations
Food Safety
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of food safety programs
- Maintain documentation and support audits and inspections
H-2A Program Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for H-2A workers
- Ensure compliance with H-2A regulations and required documentation
Employee Training
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training programs
- Track certifications and maintain accurate training records
Human Resources Support
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR processes
- Support scheduling, communication, and day-to-day team needs
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage compliance-related tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in agriculture, HR, compliance, or operations preferred but not required
Work Environment
- Combination of office and farm setting
- May require occasional flexibility in schedule based on farm operations
