About the RoleThis is a key accounting role supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, financial analysis, compliance. You’ll prepare financial statements, monthly reports including Profit and Loss, balance sheets and assist the executive team in strategic and commercial decision‑making through data and insights.

About YouYou bring experience in accounting, within a manufacturing or engineering environment preferable. You have strong organisational skills, a willingness to learn and confidence working with ERP systems. You communicate clearly, manage competing deadlines, and enjoy collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the annual budgeting process.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L and performance reports.
- Monitor budget to actuals in preparation for monthly reporting.
- Investigate variances and provide insights to managers.
- Support month‑end reporting and compliance activities.
About YouYou bring experience in accounting, within a manufacturing or engineering environment preferable. You have strong organisational skills, a willingness to learn and confidence working with ERP systems. You communicate clearly, manage competing deadlines, and enjoy collaborating across teams.
What You’ll Need
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting
- Strong MS Office skills (Advanced Excel essential)
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics advantageous)
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience desirable
- CA/CPA (completed or in progress) desirable
