We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor for Further Education to support students in developing their skills and understanding across a range of subjects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a passion for teaching, with the capacity to adapt to diverse learning needs. • Deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions tailored to individual student requirements in subjects such as English, Health care and business.
• Develop customised lesson plans and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Support students in preparing for examinations and practical assessments related to their courses.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievements in accordance with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and programme coordinators to ensure cohesive delivery of educational services.
• Foster a positive learning environment that motivates students and promotes active participation.

Skills

• Proficiency in English language instruction, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt methods to suit different learning styles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with students and colleagues.
