- Deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions tailored to individual student requirements in subjects such as English, Health care and business.
- Develop customised lesson plans and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Support students in preparing for examinations and practical assessments related to their courses.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievements in accordance with organisational policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and programme coordinators to ensure cohesive delivery of educational services.
- Foster a positive learning environment that motivates students and promotes active participation.
Skills
- Proficiency in English language instruction, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt methods to suit different learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with students and colleagues.
