- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations tailored to individual needs, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counselling sessions for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans.
- Engage in clinical research projects aimed at improving therapeutic techniques and understanding behavioural conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with professional standards.
- Provide guidance on special education strategies and behavioural management techniques where appropriate.

Skills
- Proven experience in clinical research within psychology or related fields.
- Strong background in working with individuals with autism and other developmental or behavioural challenges.
- Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings.
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices relevant to behavioural development.
