Associate Director (Insolvency)

We have partnered with a leading international advisory practice that is continuing to invest in and grow its Bermuda office.
They are seeking an experienced Manager or Associate Director to join their Insolvency & Restructuring team, working on complex, high-value cross-border engagements spanning multiple jurisdictions.
This is a standout opportunity to take a lead role on international matters involving offshore structures, asset recovery, and contentious insolvency scenarios — all within a highly collaborative and globally connected environment. Visa sponsorship is available.
The Role

• Lead complex insolvency engagements, including liquidations and administrations
• Manage multi-jurisdictional cases, liaising with global stakeholders, courts, and legal counsel
• Drive asset tracing and recovery strategies across international structures
• Oversee creditor processes, reporting, and distributions
• Support contentious matters, including litigation-driven insolvencies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the practice

About You

• Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CA) or hold an insolvency qualification (e.g. JIEB)
• 7+ years’ experience in insolvency, restructuring, or forensic accounting
• Strong exposure to cross-border or offshore engagements is beneficial but not essential
• Confident managing stakeholders in complex, high-pressure situations
• Commercial, analytical, and solutions-driven
