Enable Networks Limited is a Christchurch-based New Zealand fibre broadband infrastructure company that builds and operates the wholesale fibre network across greater Ōtautahi Christchurch, ultimately owned by Christchurch CityThe Business Development Manager (Builders) role at Enable Networks Limited is a relationship-focused position that works closely with builders and property developers to ensure fibre broadband is incorporated into new residential and commercial projects. Key responsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with builders and developers.Identify upcoming construction projects where fibre installations can be planned early.Promote the benefits of proactive fibre deployment.Coordinate with internal delivery and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.Represent Enable at meetings, construction projects, and industry events. Skills and experience :Business development or account management experience.Background in building, construction, property development, infrastructure, or telecommunications.Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills.Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field.Pay: From $6,700.00 per monthBenefits:
