Technical Project Manager

Role: Technical Project Manager Location: Santa Clara, CA Visa: H1B Duration: 6+ Months   Job Description:   Program & Project Management Own delivery from requirements → design → build → testing → go-live Drive cross-functional alignment across: IT / Engineering Supply Chain / Operations External partners (customers, integrators, vendors) Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication   Process Design & Optimization Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Standardize workflows for high-volume customers and partners Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready   Required Qualifications: 7–12+ years'' experience in: EDI integration (ASN, logistics, supply chain transactions) API integration (REST/SOAP, system-to-system automation) Strong understanding of: supply chain / RMA processes warehouse & logistics operations Experience integrating systems such as: ERP (SAP preferred) CRM (Salesforce preferred) Proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementations in complex environments Strong stakeholder management and execution skills   Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Auto RMA / reverse logistics workflows Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) Experience with middleware / integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) Background in hardware, manufacturing, or tech supply chain
