- Lead the day-to-day management, maintenance, security, content, and product updates, performance optimisation, and SEO of our e-commerce and content websites, while working closely with developers and the marketing team to ensure smooth functionality, excellent user experience, and strong lead generation and conversion performance.
- Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and content marketing.
- Manage content creation and curation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to optimise strategies and maximise ROI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in Magento, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
