Recruiter (RPO - Tech Telco, Yearly Renewable Contract)

The RoleAs a RPO Recruiter, you’ll act as a trusted recruitment partner to one of our clients from the Telco Tech sector based on-site at our client office in Changi Business Park, Singapore, owning the full recruitment cycle end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role suited for someone with grit, commercial instinct, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from gathering requirement from the hiring team, sourcing, screening, interview coordination up to offer closure.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Lead to fulfill internal hiring.
• Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
• Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups.
• Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database.
• Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of tech recruitment experience.
• Strong interest in recruitment/talent acquisitions and relationship management.
• Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Able to take initiative, manage priorities, and commit to results
