We are an accredited employer with Immigration of New Zealand and currently looking for a Cleaning Crew Member who can work for us in the Bay of Plenty region. Due to the nature of the employment the suitable candidate is required to have flexibility in moving to multiple job location within the region. Your job duties may include but not limited to the following: Job duties: · Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) · Clean commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms, and wiping down communal surfaces · Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities · Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately · Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free · Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special project · Stock and maintain supply rooms · Cooperate with the rest of the staff · Follow all health and safety regulations · Liaising with the manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times. · Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process. Benefits of the Job: - Flexible job with moving in the region - Full time permanent position - Pay Rate - $25 P/H to $26 P/H - Minimum 30 Hours weekly & maximum 40 hours Requirements: - Be physically fit to lift & use cleaning products - Non-allergic to different cleaning chemicals - No prior experience or qualification is required. On the job training can be provided to right candidate. - Class 1- Driving license is needed (overseas equivalent is also acceptable) as you need to travel to different client locations If cleaning is your passion then apply now !
