- Provide courteous reception service to patients and clinicians in line with office procedures and contribute to the efficient running of designated outpatient clinics.
- Work closely with supervisor, nursing and medical staff to ensure any issues in clinic are raised immediately, maintaining an excellent level of service to patients.
- Manage the booking of new and follow‑up clinics, ensuring bookings are efficient and any issues are raised immediately with supervisor, service and medical staff to safeguard patient care.
- Work shifts 8 am–4 pm and 10 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an administrative position with the public.
- Excellent customer care skills in a busy, high‑pressure environment, working across multiple outpatient clinic locations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
- Willingness to undertake necessary pre‑employment checks, including right‑to‑work verification and DBS (CRB) check if required.
