Position: Income Finance Assistant Manager - Grow & Impact
Interviews are expected to be held on the week commencing the 22nd June 2026. The role will be based at Unipol Student Homes, 155-157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds LS2 3ED
.The Assistant Finance Manager – IncomeThe Assistant Finance Manager – Income is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for maintaining and administering Unipol’s financial and operational records. Working closely with the Senior Finance Team (Director of Finance, Deputy Director of Finance, Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager – Expenditure) you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the effective management, processing, and reporting of all cash and income streams across the organisation.
  • Ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported in line with organisational policies and statutory requirements.
  • Report directly to the Finance Manager, providing high-quality financial support and oversight in relation to income functions.
  • Support your ongoing professional development through study support, depending on your experience and qualifications.
