Job Title: Senior Technical Solution Architect Location: Houston, TX Fulltime position Salary: 160K to 170K   Visa: s , H1B     Client is looking for Senior Technical Solution Architect with good experience on Oracle SaaS     🔑 Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle SaaS applications to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation for enterprise clients. The architect will play a pivotal role in defining technical strategies, ensuring scalability, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex Oracle SaaS deployments.   📋 Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end architecture for Oracle SaaS solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX). Define integration strategies with on-premise and cloud applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices. Implementation & Delivery Oversee technical delivery of Oracle SaaS projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership across design, configuration, and integration phases. Technical Leadership Mentor development and implementation teams on Oracle SaaS best practices. Conduct architecture reviews and performance optimization. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle SaaS capabilities and roadmap. Collaboration & Communication Partner with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders. Present solution designs and technical recommendations to executive leadership. Support pre-sales activities with solution demos and technical proposals.   🎯 Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Strong experience in Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX). Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PaaS, and API-led integrations. Knowledge of data migration, reporting tools, and security frameworks. Professional Skills Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale SaaS solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture. 5+ years of hands-on Oracle SaaS implementation experience. Prior exposure to large-scale transformation projects in industries such as finance, energy, or manufacturing.
