• Performing all aspects of professional dog grooming across a variety of breeds and styles.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of junior and developing stylists.
• Maintaining exceptional grooming standards and quality control.
• Managing salon stock, ordering supplies, and inventory control.
• Ensuring grooming tools, equipment, and salon facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Supporting team training, development, and ongoing education.
• Promoting a positive, energetic, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Upholding the highest standards of animal welfare, ethics, and safety.
