- Virtual Classroom Management: Supporting platforms like Zoom, Teams, or specialized LMS (Learning Management Systems) to ensure lessons run smoothly.
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting connectivity issues, software glitches, and hardware problems for remote tutors and students.
- System Administration: Managing user accounts, scheduling software (like Tuigen), and digital safety compliance.
- Data Security & Safeguarding: Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and safeguarding measures within virtual environments.
- Onboarding & Training: Training tutors on how to use online teaching tools and digital content effectively.
