You own demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attribution end-to-end — using AI-native workflows and agentic automation as core operating methods, not bolt-ons. Pay: $120,000.00 per year Benefits:
Work Location: In person
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok), SEO, GEO, organic social, AI platforms, and email
- Build AI-assisted outbound sequences that combine automated research, personalisation, and human oversight
- Develop and manage AI-powered lead scoring and routing systems
- Generate competitive intelligence using agentic tools to inform positioning and campaign strategy
- Produce content at scale using AI for first drafts and research, with human editorial QA
- Identify and test emerging channels, particularly AI discovery platforms, as acquisition sources
Revenue Operations & Pipeline Management
- Own the full funnel from first touch through to closed-won revenue
- Build and maintain lead scoring models, attribution frameworks, and pipeline reporting in HubSpot
- Manage CRM hygiene — ensure data accuracy, lifecycle stage definitions, and deal stage consistency
- Design and optimise the marketing-to-sales handoff process with the CEO
- Run lead nurturing sequences that accelerate pipeline velocity
- Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates by stage, and revenue attribution
Content & Brand
- Operate the content engine: blog posts, case studies, landing pages, video, social content
- Use AI tools to scale content production while maintaining quality and brand voice
- Manage and grow the CEO's personal brand across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Develop thought leadership content that positions numero® in target verticals
- Create sales enablement assets — decks, one-pagers, case studies — aligned to active pipeline
Performance & Optimisation
- Own marketing analytics across all channels and funnel stages
- Track and optimise CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Run structured experiments — A/B tests, channel tests, messaging tests — with documented learnings
- Build and maintain dashboards that give real-time visibility into marketing performance
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with clear recommendations for reallocation and optimisation
AI Workflow Design
- Build marketing automations using Google AI Studio, Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent platforms
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries for repeatable marketing tasks (research, drafting, analysis)
- Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) into daily marketing operations
- Identify manual processes that can be automated or AI-augmented and build the workflows
- Document all AI workflows so they're repeatable and transferable to the team

- Marketing-sourced closed-won revenue — Dollar value of deals directly attributed to marketing each month
- Marketing-sourced pipeline value — Total dollar value of new pipeline generated from marketing monthly
- Qualified leads generated — Number of qualified leads driven by marketing monthly
- Pipeline velocity — Average time from MQL to closed-won, with a mandate to compress it
- Content output & engagement — Volume of content published and engagement metrics (traffic, shares, conversions)
- AI workflow adoption — Percentage of marketing processes augmented by AI automation, tracked quarterly
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of B2B or agency marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue through marketing
- Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, reporting an added advantage)
- Working knowledge of Accelo or similar PSA platforms
- Execution-level skill across GA4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, WordPress, Figma or Adobe Suite, and video editing
- Active experience with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
- Strong analytical ability — comfortable building reports, reading data, and making decisions from it
- Clear, concise communicator with strong copywriting and storytelling instincts
- Systems thinker who builds repeatable processes, not just executes tasks one at a time
