Position CS Technician Location

Employment Type Full-time About MATZ America MATZ America LLC is a U.S. subsidiary of SAMICK THK (Korea), providing customer service (CS) operations and automation solutions to clients across North America. Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service automation equipment and respond to emergency situations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Perform program updates and basic PC-related tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (OPT / STEM OPT accepted)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering majors preferred)
• Electrical or mechanical certifications and/or field experience preferred
• Korean language ability preferred

Working Conditions:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Regular
• Working Hours: 60 hours per week
• Work Locations: Tennessee EV battery automation sites

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25 ~ $35 per hour or starting from $70,000~$110,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience)
