About KIDZ AIKIDZ AI is a publicly listed AI company operating across three converging verticals: AI tutoring / AI agent, robotics, and NeoCloud GPU infrastructure. We are building at the intersection of AI compute, physical learning hardware, and intelligent tutoring systems — and we move fast.
About the RoleWe are hiring a Corporate Strategy Associate to identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across KIDZ AI’s three core business lines. This is a role sitting directly alongside senior leadership roles. You will own relationships, move deals forward, and turn conversations into real pilots and signed agreements. This is not a support role. You will be in the room, on the call, and driving the deal.
Why Join KIDZ AI
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on live strategic priorities
- Get rare cross-vertical exposure across GPU infrastructure, robotics, and AI tutoring
- Operate inside a fast-moving public company with startup DNA
- Contribute to investor-facing materials, board strategy, and deal execution across all three verticals
What You'll Work On
- Source, pitch, and develop strategic partnerships across: AI infrastructure and cloud providers; robotics and STEM learning companies; AI tutoring and assessment platforms; consumer learning hardware; and education distribution partners
- Identify cross-vertical synergies and surface strategic risks and opportunities to leadership
- Develop and maintain investor-facing narratives across KIDZ AI’s three verticals — translating business milestones, partnership wins, and product developments into compelling IR communications, press releases, and strategic updates
- Map the competitive landscape across GPU infrastructure, K-12 robotics, and AI tutoring markets to identify the right partners and the right entry points
- Track and manage the full partnership pipeline — from first outreach through signed agreement — using structured databases and deal-tracking systems across NeoCloud, Robotics, and AI Tutor verticals
- Drive deals across the finish line by coordinating internal teams — product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance — and external counterparts
- Hold pilots accountable — track deployment progress, surface blockers, and push toward measurable outcomes
- Prepare strategic memos, presentations, and partnership materials when needed
What Success Looks Like
- Launching and supporting strategic partnership pilots
- Driving measurable execution outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Supporting scalable growth across all three verticals — NeoCloud, Robotics, and AI Tutor
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has real startup experience — comfortable with ambiguity, no playbook, and wearing multiple hats at once
- Understands all three of KIDZ AI’s verticals — has working knowledge of or genuine curiosity about NeoCloud/GPU infrastructure, robotics and STEM education, and AI tutoring platforms
- Thinks in terms of execution, product outcomes, and business impact
- Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities independently
Preferred Background
- 2–5 years in startup strategy/ops, management consulting, or business development; strong command of databases and structured data tools (Excel, Airtable, Notion, SQL, or similar)
- Prior experience at an early-stage or growth-stage company (startup ops, founding team, or Series A–C environment)
- Exposure to one or more of: cloud infrastructure / GPU compute, robotics or hardware, EdTech or AI-native consumer products
- Experience in capital markets, strategic investment, or investor relations — including exposure to financing transactions, SPV structures, public company IR, or cross-border strategic deals is a strong plus

- Salary: $100,000/year, based on experience
- Paid time off
- Visa sponsorship support available (CPT / OPT / H-1B / Green Card)
- Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
- Location: New York, NY — in-person role
