Outreach Volunteer

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Outreach Volunteers to support our community engagement initiatives. This Volunteer Position will play a vital role in supporting Happy and Freedom C.I.C. to strengthen its impact across local communities in the West Midlands.The volunteer will assist in designing and delivering outreach activities, supporting events and awareness campaigns, as well as helping to build relationships with community groups and partners. Duties

• Assist in designing and executing outreach programmes aimed at raising awareness and engagement
• Use excellent communication skills to interact with people in different communities
• Support community events through organisation, promotion, and on-the-ground assistance
• Use marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content to promote initiatives
• Contribute to fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors and organising campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes
• Coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• Be passionate about community service and making a positive impact through outreach initiatives
