Physician – Family Medicine - Seneca, PA - Up to $50k Sign

We are seeking a full-time - Direct Hire - Family Medicine Physician to join established and growing practices throughout Seneca, Pennsylvania Up to $50k Sign On Bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an established patient panel
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventative care, including annual physical, wellness visits, and age appropriate screenings.
• Conduct health risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing medication regimens
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing and lab results

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from Accredited Medical School
• Accredited Family Residency Program completion
• American Board Eligible OR Board Certified in Family Medicine
• DEA Certification
