HIGH PRIORITY Salesforce Business Analyst (Service Cloud) Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)only local Experience: 13+ Years Telecom Industry Experience MUST Visa : Except OPT and CPT,H1B,any visa will work before RTR Passport mandatory (Apply only if you can share PP No. ________________________________________ MUST HAVE (NO EXCEPTIONS) Submit only strong Telecom + Salesforce Service Cloud BA profiles 10+ years Salesforce BA (Service Cloud focus)Must Strong Functional BA & workflow/process optimization must 3 yrs Telecom / Fiber Installations domain (MANDATORY) Experience with: o TR-143 testing Must o Router / ONT provisioning Must o Customer-prem installations Tools: Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Salesforce Console Strong stakeholder communication & collaboration ________________________________________ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead requirements gathering & user story creation Analyze technician workflows & drive automation Design functional solutions & UI wireframes Define test scenarios & validation logic Support UAT, release validation & change management ________________________________________ NICE TO HAVE Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Service Cloud / BA) Agile / Scrum experience Wireframing tools (Figma / Balsamiq)
