The Role Reporting to the Service Foreman, as the Lead Hand in our Wiri Workshop you will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day workflow of our skilled technicians and apprentices, ensuring the high standards our company and customers expect, while maximising resources and minimising downtime. Your hands on approach will demonstrate the importance of hard work and commitment to quality to the team and give you the opportunity to pass on your knowledge. What We're Looking For

• Previous lead hand or leadership experience within the industry
• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty trucks with an understanding of WIPs
• A strong commitment to safety and a proactive mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on
• Ideally, a Class 5 license (we can help you get it!)
• NZQA in Heavy Road Transport or Heavy Plant & Equipment
• Reliability and willingness to commit to the team
