About the job:We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Orthopaedic Surgeons globally to join our esteemed medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint injuries, and degenerative disorders.
2. Perform orthopedic surgical procedures, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture fixations.
3. Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, imaging findings, and patient needs.
4. Oversee pre-operative preparation and post-operative care to optimize patient recovery.
5. Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, nursing staff, and other multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
6. Participate in clinical research to advance orthopedic practices and improve patient outcomes.
7. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
8. Provide expert consultation and second opinions for complex orthopedic cases.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Medical degree recognized by the relevant medical board or council.
- 2. Specialist training in orthopedic surgery with valid registration and medical license.
- 3. Experience in clinical research related to musculoskeletal health is preferred.
- 4. Proficiency in interpreting X-rays, MRI scans, and CT scans.
- 5. Experience providing patient care in settings such as ICUs, nursing homes, senior care facilities, hospice care, or home care is an advantage.
- 6. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration protocols, and orthopedic surgical techniques.
- 7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
- 8. Experience in public health initiatives, geriatrics, or other specialized clinical areas is a plus.
