- Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key issues and solutions.
- Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives to address unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
- Experience with Civil 3D for civil engineering design and site planning.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate teams and manage site personnel effectively.
