Responsibilities

• Support the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels including brand, digital, social, integrated, and partner marketing.
• Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals between internal teams and external content partners.
• Help manage content requests from STVP to all content partners, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, develop go-to-market decks, and support in analyzing KPIs to track results.
• Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform campaign planning.
• Collaborate with brand, content, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Support the coordination of events, promotions, and local brand activations as needed.
• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of marketing assets and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Level of experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field.
• Experience using AI in marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn about marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand communication.
• Detail Oriented.
• Adaptable to different systems (G Drive, Sharepoint, Airtable).
• Motivated, self-starter who is able to complete tasks on tight timelines.
