Role OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. You will support NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, and community access.

What We Offer
Employment Type: Full-Time / Casual
Salary Package:
- $75,000 – $80,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)
- OR $32 – $45 per hour casual (depending on experience)
- Penalty rates (weekends, evenings, public holidays)
- Superannuation paid separately (11–12%)
- Ongoing training and career progression

- Personal care support (showering, dressing, hygiene)
- Community access and transport assistance
- Meal preparation and domestic support
- Implementing individual support plans
- Behavioral and emotional support
- Documentation and progress reporting
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
Qualifications & Experience (Essential/Preferred)We welcome applicants with:
- Bachelor of Community Services (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Disability / Community Services
- Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum accepted)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Sponsorship RequirementsSponsorship may be offered to eligible overseas applicants under the Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa, subject to approval.Applicants must have:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in disability or aged care support
- Relevant qualifications (Bachelor of Community Services or equivalent)
- Competent English (IELTS/PTE equivalent if required)
- Ability to meet Australian health and character requirements
- Commitment to full-time employment
