Auto Electrician - Job DescriptionAn auto electrician focuses on electrical systems in vehicles and heavy machinery (cars, trucks, mining equipment like CAT machines). Core dutiesDiagnose electrical faults using diagnostic toolsRepair wiring, circuits, sensors, and control systemsInstall electrical components (batteries, GPS, lighting, communication systems)Work on heavy mining equipment (especially at WesTrac)Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdownsRead wiring diagrams and technical manualsTest systems after repair to ensure safetyWork on-site (FIFO or roster jobs)Handle large Caterpillar equipmentRespond to breakdowns quickly (high-pressure environment)Overall: it’s a hands-on, problem-solving job focused on fault finding and repairs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $108,000.00 – $140,000.00 per monthBenefits:
