- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.

- Collaborate with Sous Chef and Food Operations Manager to innovate menu offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1.5 years working experience cooking as a Chef in a café/restaurant or motel.
- Experience in managing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
- Team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
