Job description

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and food quality.
  • Oversee food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Assist with staff training and development.
  • Support in menu planning and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Sous Chef and Food Operations Manager to innovate menu offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.

Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 1.5 years working experience cooking as a Chef in a café/restaurant or motel.
  • Experience in managing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
  • Team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
