Game4Padel is one of Australia’s leading and fastest-growing padel operators, and we are currently seeking an experienced international padel coach to join our team in Melbourne as we continue expanding our coaching and academy programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-level coach looking to play a key role in developing players, building coaching structures, and helping grow the sport professionally in Australia.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced coach to lead our Academy Coaching programme across our Melbourne venues.
The successful candidate will:

• Lead academy coaching programmes
• Deliver private coaching to junior and adult players
• Coordinate and mentor assistant coaches to ensure consistency across programmes
• Help develop coaching systems and player pathways
• Assist with tournaments, events, and player development initiatives
• Contribute to growing the Game4Padel community and culture

The role includes a mixture of:

• Academy/group coaching
• Private coaching sessions
• Programme leadership and development

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching, player experience, and building a long-term future within the sport.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• Minimum 5+ years of padel coaching experience
• Advanced playing level
• Strong technical and tactical coaching knowledge
• Experience coaching players of all levels
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for growing the sport and building community
• Strong work ethic and positive energy on and off court

Highly Valued:

• Experience leading academy programmes
• Tournament or high-performance coaching experience
• International coaching experience
• English level B2 or higher preferred
• Relevant coaching certifications
