As we continue to grow our clinic and franchise network, we are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Aesthetic Clinic Operations Manager to lead our flagship location and support operational excellence across the brand.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for aesthetics, and hands-on clinic experience who wants to grow within an ambitious and expanding company.Alongside clinic operations, this role will also support the day-to-day management and coordination of our professional training academy, helping ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for students and trainers.The RoleYou will oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring exceptional client experience, strong team performance, operational efficiency, and high treatment standards.The ideal candidate will be both operationally strong and treatment confident, with the ability to lead a team while also supporting the clinic floor when required.Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of Lumi SKN Clinics Kettering
- Lead, motivate, and support the clinic team including practitioners and front-of-house staff
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure exceptional client journey and customer service standards
- Support treatment consultations, client retention, and treatment plan conversions
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, compliance, and professionalism
- Monitor clinic KPIs, sales performance, and operational targets
- Work closely with directors and the marketing team on promotions and clinic growth strategies
- Oversee stock management, supplier ordering, and treatment room standards
- Support franchise clinics through occasional site visits and operational guidance
- Assist with the organisation and management of the training academy, including student coordination, training schedules, and operational support
- Liaise with trainers, students, and academy enquiries in a professional manner
- Help maintain high standards across both clinic and academy operations
- Step into treatment cover where required during annual leave or emergencies
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
- Aesthetics qualifications
- Previous experience working within an aesthetics, skin, or beauty clinic
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident in consultations and treatment recommendations
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience using clinic software and CRM systems
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Semi-Permanent Makeup qualification
- Level 4 qualification in Laser/IPL or Skin Therapy
- Experience with advanced skin and laser treatments
- Knowledge of CQC, GDPR, and clinic compliance procedures
- Experience supporting multi-site clinics or franchise operations
- Experience within training or education environments
- Social media and content creation confidence
