Electrician

About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified EWRB Registered Electrician with a current practising licence from the Electrical Workers Registration Board to join our growing business group.This is a hands-on, multi-site role covering electrical maintenance, fault finding, and small installations across retail, hospitality, and supermarket locations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs across multiple sites
• Diagnose and resolve faults (lighting, switchboards, equipment)
• Carry out minor installations (power points, lighting, signage, etc.)
• Ensure all work complies with NZ electrical standards
• Issue Certificates of Compliance (CoC) and Electrical Safety Certificates (ESC)
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger works
• Maintain accurate service and compliance records

Requirements

• Current EWRB practising licence (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a registered electrician in New Zealand
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
• Ability to work across multiple sites
• Full NZ driver licence
