Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an SFDC (Salesforce) Solution Architect based in York, PA. In this role, you will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems, and ensure alignment with business processes. You will also work closely with development teams to oversee software development and provide technical consultation to key stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Proficient in Solution Architecture, including the ability to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to gather and analyze business requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience in Software Development, including configuring and customizing Salesforce features and creating custom applications.
• Expertise in Integration, with the ability to connect Salesforce to other enterprise systems seamlessly.
• Understanding of Business Processes to analyze, optimize, and implement solutions that enhance organizational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
