What we offer· £12.71 per hour with pay increases linked to SVQ achievement· Support to attain SVQ qualifications and ongoing CPD· 12-hour shifts on a 3 on / 4 off rota· Additional annual leave with service milestones· Supportive induction and mentoring The roleYou will support residents with day-to-day care, while helping them enjoy their surroundings, whether that is spending time in the gardens, taking part in activities or simply creating a warm and welcoming environment.
