About the roleAs a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. - Lead and manage your assigned section during service
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a consistently high standard
- Ensure food quality from preparation through to presentation
- Demonstrate correct cooking techniques and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Maintain effective communication with management, kitchen, and FOH teams
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards are met and maintained
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team‑focused kitchen culture
About youYou are a reliable, passionate, and experienced hospitality professional who brings strong leadership and attention to detail. You will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to perform in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Professional presentation, punctuality, and reliability
- A genuine passion for food and quality service
