MoleMap is a New Zealand–founded healthcare company specialising in advanced full-body skin cancer screening and mole mapping using dermoscopy, AI-assisted analysis, and dermatologist review to enable early melanoma detection.A Senior Customer Care Coordinator is an experienced customer service professional who oversees customer support operations, handles complex customer issues, mentors team members, and helps improve service processes. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve escalated customer complaints and inquiries.Coordinate customer service activities across departments.Lead, train, and support customer care staff.Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.Prepare performance reports and service metrics.Maintain customer records and CRM systems.Assist management with workforce planning and service strategy.Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.Pay: $5,400.00 – $7,100.00 per monthBenefits:
