Pacific Health Services (Hutt Valley) is a community-based Pasifika health organisation in New Zealand that delivers culturally responsive primary healthcare, social support, and wellbeing services to improve health outcomes for Pacific families in its local communities.A Private Duty RN (also called a Home Care Nurse or Community Registered Nurse) provides one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes rather than in a hospital or clinic. Job Description Typical duties include:Assessing patients' health conditions and monitoring vital signsAdministering medications, injections, and IV therapyProviding wound care and dressing changesManaging medical equipment such as oxygen therapy, feeding tubes, or cathetersCreating and updating care plansEducating patients and family members about ongoing careMaintaining accurate clinical recordsCoordinating with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionalsSupporting elderly, disabled, chronically ill, or post-surgical patients in their homesPay: $6,800.00 – $9,000.00 per monthBenefits:
