Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming prior to painting or decorating.
• Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other finishes with precision and care.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety regulations and client specifications.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to complete projects within designated deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction painting and decorating or related trades.
• Hold an NVQ L2 or Equalling qualification
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between multiple sites.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
