- Develop and execute category management strategies to maximise sales and profitability across wholesale channels.
- Oversee shipping & receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Managing wholesale operations and supplier relationships inventory control and distribution processes.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in materials handling, picking & packing, and overall warehouse operations.
- Utilise data analysis skills to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise warehouse activities including forklift operation, materials handling, and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards during all warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics within a wholesale environment.
- Strong knowledge of category management principles and supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives within warehousing or logistics settings.
- Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in analysing operational data to inform decision-making.
- Previous experience with picking & packing operations is highly desirable.
