We currently have exciting opportunities available within a well-established private day surgery in Canberra.
The Opportunity: We’re seeking experienced and passionate Ophthalmic Scrub Scout Nurses, or experienced Scrub Scout Nurses from other surgical specialties who are eager to transition into ophthalmics, to join a highly regarded surgical team in a supportive and professional environment. Exposure to cataract, ophthalmology, or vitreoretinal procedures will be highly regarded, with training available for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous ophthalmic theatre experience as a Scrub Scout Nurse
- Experience with opthamology and vitreoretinal procedures highly regarded
- Strong clinical skills with confidence in fast-paced theatre environments
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Full Australian working rights
