Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. About the Role As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences through professional treatments, personalised consultations, and expert product recommendations. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs and preferences Deliver a full range of beauty treatments in line with our service menu Provide expert advice on skincare, treatments, and retail products Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across all treatment areas Manage treatment bookings efficiently while minimising product waste Meet and contribute to retail sales targets Prepare treatment areas and ensure adequate stock levels (linen, products, supplies) Support a positive team environment and participate in ongoing training Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices About You We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
