What You’ll Be DoingAs a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients within their own homes with tasks such as:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Dementia support
• Mobility assistance
• Shopping and errands
• Social outings and appointments
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Every visit is person-centred and focused on building trust, comfort and meaningful connections.What We’re Looking For

• A kind, caring and compassionate nature
• Reliability and professionalism
• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
